These terms of sale apply to all photo services offered on this site: pregnancy, newborn, baby, family, birthday, bohemian, corporate, Christmas and training.

Terms of Sale
This page governs photo session bookings and associated sales. It is a first draft to be legally validated before final publication.
2. Session booking
Booking is done through written exchange (form, e-mail or message). A session is considered confirmed after mutual validation of the date and, where applicable, after receipt of a deposit whose amount is communicated to the client before confirmation.
3. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the Pricing page are expressed in euros. Unless otherwise stated, they may change at any time, but the price validated at the time of booking remains the one applied to the booked service.
The payment terms (deposit, balance, due date) are specified to the client before the session.
4. Process and delivery
I welcome you to my home studio in Orléans, France and guide you throughout the session. Selection, retouching and delivery of the photos are carried out after the shoot according to the package booked.
Delivery times are communicated to the client and may vary depending on the time of year.
5. Postponement, cancellation and lateness
In the event of an impediment, the client is invited to give notice as early as possible in order to reschedule the session according to availability. The conditions for postponement or cancellation (including deposit) are specified at the time of booking.
A significant delay may result in a reduction of the session time, in order to respect the schedule of the following appointments.
6. Right of withdrawal
For remote bookings, the consumer client may benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code, except for legal exceptions (in particular for a service fully performed on the agreed date with prior agreement).
7. Intellectual property and image rights
The photos taken remain protected by copyright. Any reproduction, modification or public distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
Authorization to publish the images is handled with the client at the time of booking, as indicated on the pricing page.
8. Claims and disputes
