Family photo created in studio in Orleans, France

Family photo session

Family photo sessions are an opportunity to pause together and create memories that will last over time.

These sessions take place in my photo studio in Orleans, France, on a plain backdrop, so the images stay simple, timeless and focused on what matters most: your family and the bonds you share.

I simply ask you to bring your own clothes and plan outfits that are coordinated between family members.

I guide you throughout the session to create natural images full of connection and spontaneity, even if you are not used to being in front of the camera.

Photos for every generation

The family session can be created with parents and children, but also with grandparents and grandchildren, or across several generations.

We can create beautiful images between a grandmother, a mother and her daughter, or simply between siblings.

Over time, these photos become precious memories to pass down within the family.

The idea is simply to capture the bonds that bring you together, whatever they look like.

FAQ family session

The last questions about family studio sessions.

How many people can participate?

Family sessions are usually planned for parents and their children.

If you would like to include other family members, such as grandparents, just tell me in advance so we can organize the session.

What should we wear for the session?

For family sessions in studio on a plain backdrop, outfits should stay harmonious between family members.

I recommend simple and timeless colors such as white, beige, ecru, denim or natural tones.

How long does a family session last?

The family session is a mini session and usually lasts about half an hour.

This gives us time for children portraits, photos with parents and group images, always in a relaxed atmosphere.

Do you guide us during the session?

Yes, of course. Many families tell me they are not comfortable in front of the camera, and that is completely normal.

I guide you so the poses stay natural and the images show your connection and family bonds.

Can children bring an object or accessory?

Yes. If your child has an object they really love, you can bring it for a few photos.

It often helps create very natural images, especially with younger children.
